Luke Joy, owner and founder of NorthEast Services, LLC, built his company on hard work, determination, and a passion for helping others. As a leading demolition company, NorthEast Services exemplifies Luke's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Born deaf, Luke has never allowed challenges to define what he is capable of achieving. Instead, his perseverance, work ethic, and drive to succeed have become the foundation of both his personal journey and the company he has built. His story is a true reflection of resilience, proving that dedication and passion can overcome any obstacle.
Luke believes strong communication is one of the most important parts of any successful project. To make working together easy and comfortable for every customer, communication can be done through text message, email, sign language when known, or even old-fashioned pen and paper—whatever works best to ensure every client feels heard, understood, and confident throughout the entire process.
In 2016, while attending college and working alongside his uncle laying housing foundations, Luke quickly learned the value of hands-on work and dedication. When the colder months slowed the construction season, he began taking on side work selling scrap metal and providing lawn maintenance services.
What started as a way to stay productive soon turned into a true passion for the industry. Luke realized he enjoyed the challenge of physical work, solving problems for customers, and building something of his own from the ground up.
In 2017, he officially founded NorthEast Services, LLC, turning those early side jobs into a growing full-service company. Since then, Luke has expanded the business to offer full and selective residential and commercial demolition, junk removal services, hauling, cleanouts, and much more. Under his leadership, NorthEast Services, LLC has earned a reputation for dependable service, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
Luke takes pride in treating every project with the same level of care and attention, whether it’s a small clean-out or a large-scale demolition job. His commitment to hard work and customer satisfaction continues to drive the company’s growth today.
