For junk removal and cleanouts, pricing is most commonly based on volume, meaning how much space your items take up in our truck. The more you have, the more it costs, but we always work efficiently to maximize the load and keep your costs as low as possible. For demolition projects and larger jobs, pricing is based on the full scope of work after we assess the project in person or review photos. This allows us to factor in labor, equipment, permits if required, and disposal costs. For certain jobs involving ongoing or time-intensive work, an hourly rate may apply.
